Four reasons people write, and what to send

There is no contact form on this page, because there is no form-handling service behind it and we would rather not pretend otherwise. Email works better anyway: you keep a copy, and you can attach whatever helps.

Requesting a workspace

Start in the app rather than by email. A signed-out person's initial registration creates a pending request that an operator reviews. Invitations join an existing workspace directly, and a signed-in user can create an additional workspace without another review.

Write to us instead if the request is on behalf of an agency that needs a written description of the service first, or if you asked for a workspace and have not heard back.

Product and procurement questions

Whether Kharazm fits how your team runs programs, what a role can and cannot do, how program health works, or what a procurement or accessibility review would need — all fair questions, all answered by a person.

If you are filling in a vendor questionnaire, the security page covers hosting, authentication, tenancy, headers, data handling and the known gaps in the form most reviews ask for.

Reporting a security issue

Send security reports to the same address and mark the subject clearly. Please do not open a public issue for anything security-related — give us a chance to fix it before it is public.

Useful reports describe what you found, the steps to reproduce it, the impact you believe it has, and the date and time you tested. Please avoid including real workspace data or credentials unless we specifically arrange a safe way to receive them.

For interviews, background on the product, or a note about the brand and the name, write to the same address. We can supply the wordmark and the eight-pointed mark as clean files.

Partnership enquiries are welcome from program-management practitioners, delivery partners and mission-driven networks. Say plainly what you have in mind; we will say plainly whether it is something we can do.

Write a better first email

What to include so the first reply is useful

None of this is required. It just tends to turn a two-week exchange into a single answer, especially if you are evaluating Kharazm for an organization rather than for yourself.

  1. Who you are and where you sit

    Your organization and your role in it. It tells us whether you will be an admin setting up the workspace, a manager responsible for delivery, or a stakeholder who needs read-only visibility.

  2. What you are trying to run

    The programs you would put into Kharazm — a cross-functional launch, grant-funded initiative, multi-site rollout, system migration, or learning program — and roughly how many are live at once.

  3. How many people need access, and at what level

    Kharazm has four levels: admin, manager, member and viewer. Knowing the mix helps us tell you quickly whether the model fits, particularly if you need read-only access for stakeholders outside the team.

  4. Any review you have to clear

    A security questionnaire, an accessibility standard, a records-retention rule, or a procurement threshold. Tell us early and we will point you at what exists and be straight about what does not.

  5. Your deadline, if you have one

    A launch, cutover, reporting deadline or board meeting changes what a helpful answer looks like. If the honest answer is "not before then," we would rather say so at the start.
